Marvel Releases Exciting New Details For Guardians And Spider-Man Attractions Coming Disney Parks

Disney has a couple of exciting new attractions coming to Marvel Land at Disney Parks and now we have new details about what's to come.

Marvel released new information about Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and the Spider-Man Experience during this year's New York Comic-Con (via Geek Tyrant) and it looks like Marvel fans can expect a whole lot of exciting new experiences when the attractions open soon.

The studio released an epic description of the Guardians of the Galaxy attraction coming to Epcot, Florida next year, and it seems like Disney is preparing a family-friendly ride.

Here's the description of the upcoming attraction.

"When the family coaster opens in Epcot's first "otherworld showcase," visitors will find themselves in planetarium-like exhibition from the planet Xandar and then load onto the first attraction that launches backwards. Not only that, but the cars will rotate towards different story beats along the ride track to only heighten the cosmic adventure more. Plus, since this is Epcot, expect to find some real-world information about space and beyond in the preshow queue."

Disney really is preparing fans for a cosmic adventure. We wonder whether Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is going to prepare fans for the third Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Perhaps it will take fans to one of the past adventures of James Gunn's fan-favorite band of cosmic heroes.

Marvel also released a description of the new Marvel land coming to both Disneyland California and Disneyland Paris next year. Disney is building a land called The Avengers Campus, a place that includes attractions, shopping areas, a restaurant, as well as "heroic encounters in the ruins of a former Sanctum Sanctorum," a place where fans are never going to know "who might show up."

The main attraction in The Avengers Campus is the highly anticipated Spider-Man Experience. The attraction is going to be housed in what Marvel calls the Worldwide Engineering Brigade (WEB).

Marvel describes the place like this:

"Visitors to WEB will find themselves helping Spider-Man try and catch "spider-bots" that need to be web'ed-up. During the panel it was also explained that guests on the attraction will be able to shoot their own webs out of their wrists via immersive technology."

It looks like Disney is giving Disneyland fans all the more reason to visit its parks aside from Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Spider-Man Experience are making their way to Disney Parks next year.
