Major WandaVision Plot Leaks Suggest the Return of Ultron

Ultron might have been put to an end in Avengers: Age of Ultron, however, new rumors are spreading that WandaVision might see the return of the Marvel supervillain.

According to a report by Cosmic Book News, a fan claiming to be working on WandaVision in Atlanta, Georgia has been offering leaks about the highly anticipated Disney+ series online. The leaks suggest that Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) is going to appear depressed and homeless after the events of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

A mysterious woman named Agatha (to be reportedly played by Kathryn Hahn) then comes across Scarlet Witch and then offers her the chance to live in a pocket dimension where Wanda can have a perfect world as long as she wants. In this perfect world, Wanda still has Vision. She also has two newborn babies, Wiccan and Speed.

In this pocket dimension, Agatha checks up on Wanda as a noisy neighbor. Agatha plans to kill Scarlet Witch once the babies grow up – something they achieve in a week.

The leak suggests that Marvel is going to bring several guest stars into the series including the Age of Ultron's James Spader and Doctor Strange actor Benedict Cumberbatch. Lashana Lynch, the actress behind Captain Marvel's Maria Rambeau, is also expected to appear in the movie, though word on the street says that the character is going to be aged using CGI.

The post does offer a lot of in-depth information, however, while the narrative does sound a lot like the House of M arc, fans ought to be reminded to take the report with a grain of salt. Anyone can go around claiming to be working on WandaVision online. We'll just have to wait and see what Marvel has prepared for the series.

WandaVision is set to premiere sometime in 2021.
