Loki’s Children are Way Too Strange to Appear in the MCU

Tom Hiddleston's Loki might be a fan-favorite Marvel character, however, it seems like Marvel may not be too eager to bring the Asgardian God of Mischief children to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to a report by Screen Rant, Loki's children seem to be a little bit too strange for social media. Loki might be one of the most charming antiheroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it seems like his children didn't get any of his attractive looks. They didn't even get to inherit his species.

In Marvel Comics, Loki has five children, and the strangest of these are Jormungander and the Fenris Wolf. Both have sentient animal appearances – Jormungander is a serpent with an appearance that can strike fear into the hearts of Asgrdian God, and Fenris Wolfe a gigantic wolf with immeasurable strength.

Besides their gigantic appearances as sentient reason, Screen Rant points out one of the main reasons why both of Loki's children are being kept in the shadows – both Jormungander and Fenris Wolfe have a scandalous origin.

After all, how exactly does a humanoid Asgardian God of Mischief become a father of such gigantic animals? Probably because of Loki's relationship with Angerboda, a giantess ad a witch from Jotunheim. Screen Rant believes that Angerboda was able to give birth to sentient creatures like Jormungader and Fenris Wolf because she and Loki both have the ability to shift their shape.

Would Marvel even dare talk about both creatures in the upcoming Loki live-action series? Let's wait and see.
