Kevin Feige Reportedly Wants Brie Larson As Ahsoka Tano In New Star Wars Movie

Captain Marvel star Brie Larson has always been pretty vocal about her interest in the Star Wars franchise, posing in Jedi robes and then pitching her name when Lucasfilm announced that Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige would be developing a new movie for the galaxy far, far away.

Now, a new rumor has begun circulating online saying that Feige is actually thinking of bringing Larson into his film to play the role of Ahsoka Tano.

According to a report by Cosmic Book News, word is spreading that Larson is being considered for Feige's upcoming Star Wars movie, and the Marvel Studios President wants the Carol Danvers actress to become Lucasfilm's live-action Ahsoka Tano.

Though we can't really see Larson playing a younger Ahsoka, we can imagine her taking on the older version of the Togrutan Force User, the one that we get to meet in Star Wars Rebels. Ahsoka has always been a fan-favorite character and there are a lot of stories that can be made out of the character. It would be interesting for Lucasfilm to develop a movie about a character that finds herself in the middle of the Force spectrum. Ahsoka's been through a lot in Star Wars Rebels and though she doesn't really appear in the original trilogy, we can imagine that she's done a lot for the Rebellion under the radar of the main timeline.

What do you think of the rumor? Would you like to see Larson play Ahsoka Tano in a new Star Wars movie? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below.
