There’s a lot of great Wonder Woman 2 news today. Not only has Warner Brothers released the official title of the Wonder Woman sequel, DC Extended Universe actress Gal Gadot has also revealed the very first photo of herself as Diana Prince in Wonder Woman 1984.

Taking to Twitter, Gadot decided to add to the hype by showing off the first official look of herself as Wonder Woman in Wonder Woman 2. With her back to the camera, the image shows a reflection of Diana staring at a window filled with old television sets.

Check it out down here:

Though the new image doesn’t really give away any of the major plot points or story arcs in Wonder Woman 1984, it does give us an idea of what the film might look like when it hits the big screen next year. Colorful and stunning, the photo has a lot of the neon of the 80s that suggests that Jenkins might play around with the funky color and playful vibes of the decade in her upcoming film. If so, it’s going to be a very different visual treat for DCEU fans – we’re definitely going to have a lot of fun seeing Diana deal with the changes of the 80s.

Wonder Woman 1984 hits cinemas November 1, 2019.
