Hellboy Gets Into A Tense Moment In Brand New Photo

Neil Marshall's Hellboy reboot is on its way and Millennium's been busy marketing the upcoming comic book movie. After releasing the film's first trailer last week, the studio has decided to drop a brand new teaser showing Stranger Things star David Harbour's Unwilling Harbinger of the Apocalypse in a tense moment with Ian McShane's Professor Bruttenholm.

Empire Magazine just recently posted the picture of Bruttenholm and Hellboy on Twitter right before the release of the publication's upcoming 2019 preview issue which contains teasers and interviews for some of the biggest films set for release in the next few months.

In the picture, fans get to see the Big Red grabbing his Bruttenholm's arm. Hellboy's adoptive father has a weapon with him, making us wonder what exactly he's trying to do to his son.

There's been a lot of apprehension over Hellboy since Millennium released the trailer for the film. The movie serves as a reboot of Guillermo Del Toro's Hellboy movies, and when Millennium first announced the project, there was a loud cry of outrage among fans. While the fanbase eventually warmed up to the idea of Harbour taking on Big Red's role, many were disappointed with the outcome of Hellboy's trailer. There were complaints about Harbour's look, there were complaints about the trailer's tone, there were complaints about the video's choice of music.

Despite all the issues that the fanbase has with the trailer, some comic book fans couldn't help but notice that the video took major cues from the Hellboy comics, sparking some hope for the reboot.
