Game Of Thrones Set For Hall H Presentation At SDCC

HBO might have recently concluded Game of Thrones with the eighth and final season of the series last month, but it looks like the phenomenal fantasy epic is still setting its sights on a new adventure: San Diego Comic Con International.

According to a new report by Deadline, Game of Thrones is set to return for a Hall H presentation at the this year's San Diego Comic Con. This might come as quite a surprise for everyone. One, the series has already ended. Two, the fantasy epic hasn't appeared at San Diego Comic Con since 2017.

The panellists of Game of Thrones' Hall H presentation have yet to be finalized. However, word has it that Kit Harrington, the actor behind Jon Snow, may attend the event together with A Song of Ice and Fire author, George R.R. Martin. Showrunners and executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss are not expected to attend the presentation.

Right now, we can only wonder what HBO has planned for the Hall H presentation. Is the network going to release a DVD of all the different seasons of Game of Thrones? Is the network going to release a new Game of Thrones video? Or is HBO going to announce Game of Thrones' upcoming spinoff series?

Right now, HBO has a number of Game of Thrones spinoff series in development. Unfortunately, none of those spinoff series are going to be direct sequels to the original show – though they will explore the earlier years of Westeros. Let's wait and see what HBO has in store for us.
