Baby Yoda and Paul Rudd Comparison Meme has Gone Crazy Viral Online

Pedro Pascal's Mandalorian might be the lead star in Jon Favreau's live-action Star Wars series, The Mandalorian, but it looks like the show's small 50-year-old Baby Yoda has stolen the spotlight from the lone warrior.

Baby Yoda's taken the hearts of fans everywhere, and now, after making the rounds online, it looks like the wide-eyed 50-year-old child has managed to find himself in a meme together with Paul Rudd. For some reason, fans have started comparing baby Yoda to Marvel's eternally young Ant-Man star and it looks like the meme's really kicked off on social media.

Taking to Twitter, Marvel.com associate editor Rachel Paige decided to put up a post comparing 50-year-old Paul Rudd to 50-year-old Baby Yoda. The post has since gone viral, gathering more than 172 thousand likes and generating more than 26.7 thousand conversations on the social media platform.

Check out the tweet down here:

We can understand why Paige would want to compare Baby Yoda with Rudd – the Avengers: Endgame star might not have the same green head, but he does have that seemingly eternal youth that's bestowed on The Mandalorian child.

Right now little is known about Baby Yoda, however, the third episode of The Mandalorian has revealed the baby's sex as well as the potential reason for why The Client wants the Force-sensitive baby.

The Mandalorian is doing pretty well for itself, and everyone's eager to get their hands on Baby Yoda merch as soon as they make their way into toy stores.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian is currently streaming in Disney+.
