Avengers: Endgame Directors Confirm A Nova Cameo In The Film

Marvel directors Joe and Anthony Russo sure had their work cut out for them when they worked on Avengers: Endgame. Not only did the directors manage to squeeze in so many, many different Marvel heroes and villains in one film, but they also worked on putting all sorts of cameos in the movie. Not to mention the Easter Eggs, one that includes a superhero in hiding.

Wired just recently made a video with the Russo Brothers taking on "Avengers Support" by answering Endgame questions that Marvel fans put up on Twitter.

While most of these questions were more or less covered ever since the film released back in April, the Russos give a surprising new detail about the film, saying that there's an Easter Egg in the massive final battle between the Avengers and Thanos (Josh Brolin) in the film where at least one member of the Nova Corps is present in the film.

"Look closely at that scene again, and you will see" Joe Russo revealed when asked by a fan why the movie didn't make room for the Nova Corp in Endgame.

"There are thousands of people," co-director Anthony Russo continued.

"You will see Richard Rider in the background of a shot. Easter egg," Joe revealed.

This is pretty big news for fans. Richard Rider is the most popular Marvel hero to be called Nova. While Guardians of the Galaxy introduced the Nove Corps into the MCU, Richard Rider didn't make any sort of appearance in Marvel – until now.

Does this mean that Marvel is building up to Nova's full introduction? Will we see Richard Rider in the Marvel Cosmic Universe?

Let's wait and see.

Avengers: Endgame is available on Digital HD, Blu-Ray, and DVD.
