Thor: Ragnarok Star and Director Praise Stan Lee's Cameo in The Film

Every Marvel movie is expected to have a Stan Lee cameo, and his Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 cameo confirmed the character he's playing in the Marvel universe. The comic book legend will definitely show up in Marvel Studios' next film, Thor: Ragnarok, but if you're to believe star Chris Hemsworth and director Taiki Waititi, Lee's next cameo will surely entertain fans.

During Lee's imprint ceremoney at Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theater (via Comicbook), a video montage of Marvel stars was shown, and in the video, Hemsworth and Waititi were wishing the 95-year-old Lee well wishes. They also made big claims about Lee's cameo in Thor: Ragnarok.

"We're here shooting [Ragnarok] in which you did a cameo today, which is your best one yet, I think," Hemsworth said.

Waititi agrees, adding: "[I] met you the other day. You came in and... your cameo is one of the funniest things in the film."

I'm looking forward to see if their claims are true. Hopefully, the film won't disappoint.

Directed by Scott Derrickson, the film stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk/Banner, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster and Anthony Hopkins as Odin.

Synopsis:

Thor's world is about to explode in Marvel's Thor: Ragnarok. His devious brother, Loki, has taken over Asgard, the powerful Hela has emerged to steal the throne for herself and Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe. Thor: Ragnarok is set to release in theaters on November 3, 2017.
