20th Century Fox has released an action-packed brand new trailer for Shane Black's The Predator, and it comes with tons of new footage of the alien hunters coming to Earth to catch their prey but it looks like the predators themselves are being hunted by a higher class of predator, and we can't wait to see how their bloody battle will unfold.
Synopsis:
From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black's explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe's most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.
The film stars Boyd Holbrook (Logan), Thomas Jane (The Punisher), Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight), Jacob Tremblay (Room), Yvonne Strahovski (Dexter), Keegan-Michael Key, Edward James Olmos (Battlestar Galactica), Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones), and Sterling K. Brown (The People vs. O.J. Simpson, This is Us).
The Predator's script was co-written by Shane Black and Monster Squad co-writer Fred Dekker, and it's set to release in theaters on September 18, 2018.
