Despite the complaints of too many reboots and sequels, there is some anticipation for this year's The Predator. It's being directed by the talented Shane Black and has one hell of an interesting concept, revolving around shell-shocked soldiers encountering the iconic movie monster.
Although not many details of the film have been released, it's writer has confirmed that a teaser will be coming soon.
Fred Dekker, the film's writer, posted on Facebook about the film's reshoots and stated that the final body count would be "alarming." In the comments of his post, he did state that the teaser trailer would be coming out soon, which has a lot of fans excited.
We haven't had a new Predator film in the longest time, so this should be a breath of fresh air to movie viewers. For too long we've seen the iconic movie monster take on the aliens from, well, Aliens. Seeing a return to form should make this reboot feel fresher than others.
The Predator comes out on September 14.
