Supernatural has outlived a lot of different shows during its run, and The Boys will be back for a thirteenth season this year. News has it that the series will be crossing over with another iconic mystery-solving team — Scooby Doo and the gang of Mystery Inc.!

Apparently, the episode will be animated, so we get to see Sam and Dean in glorious 2D form. A crossover with the series isn't actually that new to Scooby Doo, as long time fans of the cartoon will know that Mystery Inc. has had meet-ups with the likes of Batman and even 90s cartoon Johnny Bravo. They even have a full movie where they run into the actual band, KISS!

Supernatural is almost done with its 12th season, and nobody's surprised that The CW was ordered it for a 13th. The fanbase is just so strong in the internet, and the show has basically cemented its place it pop culture.
No other details have been revealed about the Scooby Doo crossover episode, but expect more info to come out as the year trudges on.
