Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Includes All Previous Fighters, Comes Out in December

Nintendo has announced huge details for Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo Switch, which now goes by Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This will literally be the biggest Smash game in the series as the company has announced that every character who has ever appeared in one of these games will be playable.

Every. Single. Smash. Character.

From fan favorites like Mewtwo and Diddy Kong to guest stars like Solid Snake and Cloud Strife, Nintendo has managed to put all of these characters into Ultimate. This is the biggest roster that the series has ever had and this isn't even including alternate costumes like Zelda's Sheik outfit or Echo Fighters like Dark Pit.

Because they included every Smash character ever, there won't be many new faces. Inkling from Splatoon was announced early on and players have two genders with four different palette swaps to choose from. It was also announced that Samus' arch-nemesis Ridley, from Metroid, would be joining the series for the first time ever.

Add pretty much every stage from previous games, new assist trophies like Bomberman, and the upcoming Gamecube controllers and you have one of the best gaming announcements in this year's E3.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate comes to the Nintendo Switch on December 7.
