There is a lot to like about this week's Super Mario Odyssey, the first Mario game for the Nintendo Switch. It has some of the best visuals ever seen in a Mario game and has one of the catchiest songs ever made. Now, for those that like to have cute and weird things in games, Mario can wear a wedding dress on his latest adventure.
During an unboxing video by Family Gamer TV, it was revealed that fans can have Mario wear a wedding dress by activating the wedding dress Princess Peach amiibo. This shocked a lot of fans since they didn't expect to be able to play as the Italian Plumber in such a ridiculous get-up. Still, options are nice, and seeing Mario jump around in a wedding dress is amusing enough to make anyone laugh.
Previews of the game did show Mario dress up in Mexican clothes, so this isn't the weirdest feature in Odyssey. If anything, possessing other living beings with Mario's hat is the weirdest and most disturbing new gameplay mechanic, which should make for some amusing memes. Either way, the game looks really fun and should be a treat for those that own a Nintendo Switch.
Super Mario Odyssey comes out later this week on October 27.
