Stranger Things is Coming to Universal Studios this Halloween


Netflix has struck gold when it comes to Stranger Things, and a new season is now something expected whenever Halloween starts rolling in. Universal Studios has just announced that the Upside Down is coming to Halloween Horror Nights, and an announce trailer has been released:

"from the menacing Hawkins National Laboratory under the U.S. Department of Energy, to the Byers home adorned with an erratic display of flashing Christmas lights, and the eerie Upside Down woods oozing a shower of floating orb-like spores."

They even released a new poster which has the four main kids staring up at an Upside Down version of Universal Studios.

Halloween Horror Nights will be happening on select locations—specifically Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Orlando Resort, and Universal Studios Singapore. The event starts Sept. 14 in he US and Sept. 28 overseas.

Besides being a gold mine of 80s references and nostalgia, Stranger Things manages to set itself apart from every other horror show by having memorable characters and genuinely intriguing mystery. With the last season having Mike and the gang together, every is hotly anticipating what the Duffer Brothers want to bring to Hawkins by the time the third season rolls in.

No release date has been announced for Stranger Things 3, but expect the show to come out during the Halloween season.
