Every Steven Universe fan knows the pain of waiting for the months on end till we get a new batch of episodes, but this May seems to promise loads more of Steven and the Crystal Gems. The next episode lined up for the show is Doug Out, but we have a clip for the first episode of season 5, Stuck Together.
The sneak peek introduces yet another one of the Diamond's lackeys, Aquamarine. It looks like the gem will also have powers over water like Lapis Lazuli, and she's accompanied by her muscle/muscles Topaz. Once again, the gem is accusing Steven of being Rose Quartz and they kidnap him off the planet — the problem is, they've brought Lars with them by accident.
So far, most of the gems that Steven has encountered from Homeworld have had a change of heart when it comes to invading Earth, but with Aquamarine, it looks like she has no room for remorse.
What I just find annoying is that Lars had to be dragged into the episode. I understand he can be funny at times, but I'm mostly just irritated at how much of an ass he can be. I'd rather much have Sadie dragged along instead; at least she's nice.
Stuck Together airs on May 31, but the next episode Doug Out, will air on May 9.
