'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' To Feature Young Luke Skywalker?


There are speculations that Star Wars: The Force Awakens will feature flashback scenes (And maybe that's why Carrie Fisher's daughter is playing a part in the film). Darth Vader and a young Princess Leia were believed to be in those flashbacks, but there's reportedly some leaks that say young Luke Skywalker will be in one of the flashback scenes.

Making Star Wars reported that a young Luke Skywalker might appear in a flashback scene in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, especially with the casting of Robert Boulter in the film. "Yesterday I discussed a flashback sequence from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Upon further investigation it appears, according to the master character list for the film there is indeed a young Luke Skywalker in the picture, sometimes referred to as The Young Original Warrior," Jason Ward wrote.

In April, a source reportedly told Jason Ward hat Robert Boulter is in talks to play an important character in the film, but no further details were revealed about the rumored casting. . However, Ward said that he recently received an anonymous info from someone saying the actor will be portraying the young Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

According to Star Wars Underworld, Robert Boulter's flashback scene as the young Luke Skywalker happens between the events in Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi. His appearance in The Force Awakens is said to be minimal, although it's believed to be one of the important scenes in the film. No word yet from Lucasfilm so take this report as grains of salt for now.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released in theaters on December 18, 2015.
