Star Wars: Scout Trooper Spotted On The Set Of Han Solo

Besides the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, a lot of fans are curious about the Han Solo spinoff movie starring Alden Ehrenreich and Emilia Clarke. We've been getting a handful of set photos here and there, but now we have a first look at an Imperial Scout Trooper on the set.

Just check out this video from David Penny:

Looking at it again, the helmet does look kind of different from a Scout Trooper, but it does have less amounts of armor compared to regular Stormtroopers (just like the standard Scout Trooper). I'm guessing this is either a racer who has somehow stolen some armor from an Imperial, or an Imperial trying to chase down Han; there's a symbol on the back of the speeder that could very well be the Empire's insignia.

With Han's backstory being explored, it's possible that we'll be seeing more of the "scum and villainy" world of Star Wars compared to the posh and clean Empire. That means we may get to see more of Jabba the Hutt or maybe even a little Boba Fett set-up. Anything goes from this point.

As of now, Han Solo is still deep into production, but hopefully we'll get some cool reveals when Lucasfilm announces their 2020 Star Wars anthology movie.

Han Solo: A Star Wars Story comes out May 25, 2018.
