Star Wars: Han Solo Spin-off’s 2 More Characters Named

There are still a lot of information that fans don't know yet about the upcoming Han Solo movie. For starters, the spin-off doesn't even have a title yet—that's known to us, at least—and we've yet to truly know the storyline or focus of the movie.

However, Making Star Wars managed to get its hands on the names of two characters in the movie. The roles are more complex in that one will be voiced and the other requires stunts.

The first character is Mother Proxima, who's supposed to be like a puppet operated by Dave Chapman. Even with this supposed casting, the voice for Mother Proxima may not necessarily be from Chapman.

The other character is Val, who had been a previously known female character for the Star Wars spin-off. The name has been spotted used at the shooting ground at Pinewood. So far, what's known about Val is the use of stunts for the character.

It may be speculation at this point on the part of the source, but the only clue tagged to Val is that she may be a "top-billing" character. This puts three possible actresses on the table: Emilia Clarke, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Thandie Newton.

The Star Wars Han Solo spin-off is certainly taking flight. Even with these little leaks, we may have to take Clarke's word for it that guarding the secrets of the movie is very much a priority on the set.

The Star Wars spin-off is currently pegged for a May 2018 release date.
