Star Trek: Discovery is coming in a few months, and it's about time for Trekkers to beam aboard the show. Now, they are getting their first look at the new transporter room.
In the photo (via EW) shown above, Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Captain Philippa Georgiou (Michelle Yeoh) are standing on the transporters that are ready to beam them into a new location.
The photo also shows the phasers in the holsters of their right legs. The phasers look similar to the ones seen in the Star Trek: The Original Series. This makes sense since Discovery is set before the events of the Original Series. From what we've seen so far, the visuals of this show look impressive, and I can't wait to see more of its set pieces.
Star Trek: Discovery is set to premiere on September 24.
