Square Enix Announces Left Alive From Former Developers of Metal Gear & Armored Core Series

During Sony's Tokyo Game Show briefing, Square Enix has announced a new game titled Left Alive, and it has some big-name talent developing it. Details about the game are still being kept under wraps, but the company announced that Metal Gear veteran Yoji Shinkawa is developing the game. His artwork is featured in the teaser and artwork below.

Toshifumi Nabeshima, director of the Armored Core series, as well as Takayuki Yanase, the mech designer on Xenoblade Chronicles X, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, and Ghost in the Shell: Arise are also working on the project.

Based on the teaser, it looks like the game will be set in a catastrophic zone. We'll keep you informed once we get more details about the game.

The game is expected to be available for the Playstation 4 and PC sometime in 2018.
