Some Scenes in Deadpool Were Censored For Release in India

The new Deadpool movie is packed with violence, foul language, and nudity, so it's no surprise that some countries had to ban or trim down some parts. The film won't be released in China because they deemed it too inappropriate.

India decided to release the film, but they had to edit and censor some parts to tone down the graphic language, nudity, and violence.

There's no information about which content had to be cut. When Ryan Reynolds was asked about the possibility of getting a PG-13 version of Deadpool, he said, "I don't think so. I mean, you saw it. That would be a very short movie. It's almost a commercial at that point."

Regardless, Indian movie-goers will be able to see Deadpool in theaters, which was just released on Feb. 12.
