Are your Spider-Senses tingling? How about that ultimate crave for Taco Tuesday?

Rumors have it that our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man will be standing side-by-side to the Merc with a Mouth hero, Deadpool. The MCU has always surprised us with the most unexpected team-ups since the first Avengers to Avengers: Endgame. Ever since the 1972 Marvel: Team-Up comic, our favorite superheroes have been clashing with each other for decades. Seeing all of this unravel on the big screen continuously leads us to munch loudly on our popcorn while we silently squeal in our seats.

When the MCU began and Sony still had the rights to Spider-Man, most fans were gloomy with the small possibility of our web-slinger joining in with the rest of the Marvel family. Yet, it all changed when Disney bought Marvel Entertainment in 2009, and by 2011, they were able to buy the rights from Sony. Although, it didn't stop there. In March 2019, Disney was able to hold acquisition of 21st Century Fox, therefore constantly teasing fans for Deadpool and X-men to join the MCU.

According to Daniel Richtman, Kevin Feige and Marvel are ecstatic at the thought of signing Ryan Reynolds as a part of the MCU. He could be appearing in a great number of projects and possibly even more than the appearances of Iron Man and Captain America.

In another report that was leaked from GeekosityMag's Mikey Sutton, the teaming up of both of our favorite red-suited heroes is already being discussed by the company. Nothing has been decided yet. However, Sutton stated that Sony and Disney see quite a fun pairing between Tom Holland's upbeat Spider-Man and Ryan Reynold's carbon-copied comedic taste of Deadpool.

So far, all these recent rumors regarding MCU's Phase 4 have already been giving us the year-long shivers, filling us all up with the anticipation and look forward to what's in store for our next-phase heroes.

Meanwhile, Spider-Man 3 is expected to come out on Dec. 17, 2021.
