Shazam!: Zachary Levi Shares Fanart of Flynn Rider as Captain Marvel

Zachary Levi is probably best known for his work on the action/comedy Chuck, but now he's up to play the next big DCEU hero, Captain Marvel in Shazam!. What some people may also not know, is that Levi also voices one of the most beloved modern characters in Disney animation, Flynn Rider from Tangled. Levi shares a fun mash-up piece of Flynn and Captain Marvel.

Though a lot of actors can play serious and heroic beefcakes, it takes something else to actually be funny in the role—that's why the MCU has found gold with the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Pratt. With the DCEU having an overabundance in serious heroes, Ezra Miller's Flash was like a breath of fresh air. Fingers crossed that Levi's Captain Marvel will also wow audiences.

So far, we just know that Shazam! is going to be an origin story which will show us young Billy Batson gaining the power of Shazam. Other than the fact that Mark Strong is playing the villain Doctor Sivana, we have no idea about the main plot of the film. I guess it's also worth mentioning that DCEU's Black Adam, Dwayne Johnson, is also attached as an executive producer.
