Ryan Reynolds Wants Wolverine To Show Up in Deadpool

We've seen Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman share the screen in X-Men Origins: Wolverine before, but no one cared about Reynold's version of Deadpool back then. Now, we want to see Jackman reprise his role as Wolverine and face Reynolds as the real Deadpool in the upcoming film.

During an interview News.com.au, Reynolds expressed his hopes that Wolverine would make it in the film.

"God I hope so, that would be really nice. I dunno, we'll see. It seems like he's open to it, but it's gonna be more of a scheduling issue than anything else."

Jackman and The Wolverine director James Marigold have confirmed that the actor will reprise his mutant role for the last time in the upcoming film, but that doesn't mean that he won't be able to make it in Deadpool since that will be released in theaters before The Wolverine. Reynolds said that Jackman is open to do it, so it sounds like there's hope that we'll see Wolverine in the movie.

Based upon
Marvel Comics
' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

The movie also stars TJ Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Morena Baccarin as Copycat, and Ed Skrein as Ajax. The Tim Miller-directed film will also feature Colossus.

Deadpool will be released in theaters on February 12, 2016. Do you think Wolverine will show up in the Deadpool movie?
