Ryan Reynolds Shares Teaser for Deadpool 2 Super Duper Cut Digital Release
It’s not yet known what will happen to the Deadpool franchise after the Disney/Fox merger but that hasn’t stopped Ryan Reynolds from channeling the character and advertising the digital release of Deadpool 2. On his Instagram, Reynolds has decided to channel his inner cologne narrator to talk about the digital release of the film’s Super Duper Cut.
The post doesn’t have any footage from the film, it’s simply Reynolds in the Deadpool suit with a black and white filter. Still, the content and the way he advertises the film is in good fun and will make fans happy. More effort will likely be put in the physical release of the sequel, which could have plenty of extras for fans to enjoy.
Still, those going digital will be happy to know that the movie will have an extra 15 minutes, which doesn’t sound a lot but in film language, a minute can change so much. We don’t know all the contents added to the Super Duper Cut, though the directors did tease a longer suicide montage for Wade Wilson after Vanessa died.
As a sequel, Deadpool 2 did its job well, expanding the universe and developing the character more. It also sets up the X-Force film, which is still in development. The digital release of the Deadpool 2 Super Duper Cut is available now.
