After the events of Avengers: Infinity War, a lot of people have started to get more curious about the Captain Marvel film. Well rumor has it that the trailer could be dropping in a few days via CineEurope.
This rumor comes from a fan (via ComicBook) who seems to have info that Captain Marvel footage will debut sometime during the film festival. To add fuel to the fire, CineEurope is also copied the teaser that was posted to hype up the reveal as well.
For now, we should just take this rumor with a grain of salt. After rumors have come out that an Aquaman trailer is also due to come out this week, it might be too much of a coincidence that Captain Marvel is going to give us a short preview as well.
If I were to guess, the first preview for the movie will be attached with the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp next month.
After the success of Wonder Woman last year, Captain Marvel is coming out with some big shoes to fill. Marvel has been kicking DC's ass when it comes to box office success, but they have still fallen flat when it comes to representing women with their superhero films.
The story follows Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races. Set in the 1990s, "Captain Marvel" is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
