Pokemon Sun and Moon Rumored to Have a Nintendo Switch Version

Nintendo and Game Freak's upcoming title, Pokemon Sun and Moon, has been on the hype train despite recent and significant leaks of the game on the Internet.

Now, if a new report proves to be true, then the game may bring some form of innovation to the franchise. New sources have confirmed with Eurogamer that the Nintendo Switch may actually get the third title for this iteration.

The anonymous yet multiple sources also pushed that the Pokemon Sun and Moon third title is already in development. The earliest release date tagged is 2017, but the working title is supposedly Pokemon Stars.

What makes this a pioneering approach in the Pokemon game franchise is the fact that this will be the first time that the game will be released in different Nintendo consoles. Whether or not the recently released games Pokemon Sun and Moon will also land on the Nintendo Switch.

Speculations are running high that the Nintendo Switch version will get some more gameplay and ‘mons to catch, though this remains a question. As far as the map is concerned, it looks like the Pokemon Stars will still be available for trading via the Pokemon Bank.

Pokemon Sun and Moon is already available in different stores in North America and Japan. Europe still has a couple of days of waiting left.
