Pokemon Go Dataminers Spot Upcoming Feature for Game

Even before the dawn of the Pokemon Go Halloween event, Niantic Labs has released a new quick update that brought some minute changes for the game.

Pokemon Go Hub has spotted the datamined information, which suggests that Daily Quests are coming to the game. According to the report, the Daily Quests can be the First Catch of the Day and the First PokeStop of the Day. There is one other unknown type in the files, which gives a total of three Daily Quests.

There's not much known yet about these quests, but the dataminers are fairly certain that they are already in the metadata of Pokemon Go, so the developer can easily turn on the feature anytime.

What's more, similar to other games, the Daily Quests may also turn up some reward. And in this case, the information found in the files are Incubators. If this is true, then it will certainly make it easier for Instinct players, if we follow our leader Spark's goal of conquering the game through Eggs.

The datamined files are not yet a confirmation of the feature. Some datamined files have not yet been released, such as the different types of incense. However, the bonus catch rate and Buddy Pokemon that were previously datamined did appear, so it's all a matter of Niantic's confirmation.

For Pokemon Go players who have yet to download the 0.43.3 for Android or 1.13.3 for iOS update, here are some of the notable changes that you can see in the game:

> Change in egg colors; 2km eggs are green, 5km eggs are orange, and 10km eggs are purple

> Added an icon for the specific type or types of Pokemon. This helps players identify easily the type not only for the catch bonus but also for when checking the medals that are worth the bonuses in the game.

> For Pokemon Go Plus users, the update has added an indicator to let them know if the device is running out of juice.

> Another minor change is the placing of the Sign Out button for the loading screen. Instead of being right in the middle of the screen—thus making it so easy to mistakenly log out of the game—the button is now smaller and located at the top right corner of the screen.
