Peter Quill And Kraglin Try To Figure Out How To Use A Zune In GOTG Vol. 2 Deleted Scene

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is coming to DVD and Blu-Ray, and some new material has been coming out to promote the release. Thanks to ET, we have a deleted scene involving Peter Quill and Kraglin (Sean Gunn) trying to figure out how to use a Zune.

Check it out:

With no other ways to have mixtapes coming from Meredith Quill, I thought it was actually pretty clever how James Gunn was able to introduce more songs into Guardians. It's also interesting that this playlist now comes from Quill's "father" Yondu.

I can understand why the scene got cut. This was supposed to transition right into the funeral with Cat Stevens' Father and Son playing in the background, and it would have ruined the serious mood that the scene was going for. I'm just curious if Vol. 3 will keep all the songs from the 70s or will it go a bit into the future with hits from the 90s.

Guardians 2 was actually a pretty fun trip for me, and though I thought the first movie went more places, Vol. 2 had a more serious character study with Peter Quill and the rest of his gang. I wonder what's left to explore with the Guardians in Vol. 3.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 hits DVD and Blu-Ray on Aug. 22.
