One Of The Russo Brothers Was Eliminated In Thanos Reddit Group’s “Snappening”

Even the Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo aren't exempted from Reddit community ThanosDidNothingWrong's little homage to the Mad Titan Thanos.

Those who've seen Infinity War might remember the Mad Titan's massacre at the end of the film – after collecting all six of the Infinity Stones, Thanos snapped his fingers and wiped out half of the universe. Deciding to pay honor to one of the most complex and callous villains in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, popular subreddit group ThanosDidNothingWrong decided to follow Thanos' lead and ban half of its users out of the group.

Director Anthony Russo was one of the victims of the ban. The subreddit group gained a lot of attention the moment they decided to announce their little "snappening" and the Russo Brothers decided to join the group to check out what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately, it seems like Anthony was one of the unfortunate members to get kicked out of the group with Joe sharing a picture of his brother turning into dust online.

Joe's post has gathered a lot of fans, most of them joking about how ThanosDidNothingWrong has achieved perfect balance while others joking about how Avengers 4's actual plot would be centered around Joe looking for his brother, Anthony.

ThanosDidNothingWrong certainly had a pretty fun gimmick, and we can't wait to find what other shenanigans the group might get into after seeing Avengers 4 next year.

Avengers 4 premieres on May 3, 2019.
