Olivia Munn may have turned down her Deadpool role, but the actess recently expressed to see her X-Men character team up with Ryan Reynolds' Merc With A Mouth in the rumored X-Force spin-off film. If that end up happening, Reynolds' Deadpool and whoever is playing Cable will probably star in it, and it sounds like Munn would like to be involved in it as well.
In the comics, Psylocke has been a consistent member of the X-Force and has teamed up with Wolverine, X-23, and Deadpool during her time as a member of the team. During a recent interview with USA Today, Olivia Munn thought how cool it would be to have Psylocke team up with Deadpool in a possible X-Force film.
"That would be a really cool thing to do. What he did with Deadpool was genius and I'm so excited for him. It would definitely be cool to see Deadpool and some of the other X-Men characters gather for an X-Force movie. I think that's what the whole world is coming to — everybody unites together, right? It's never just one character anymore. We all just become one movie."
If you've seen X-Men: Apocalypse, you'd know that the future of Munn's character was left wide open at the end of the film. It would be cool to see Psylocke interact with Deadpool and Wolverine. Munn even explained how her character could beat them.
