WandaVision Star Says Disney+ Series is a 'Very Different' Marvel Show

There is little doubt that WandaVision is going to be a strange series considering that one of the main characters has already been killed off in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Nevertheless, Randall Park can't help but tease on just how weird the upcoming Disney+ show can get.

Park recently spoke to BUILD where he confirmed that his character from Ant-Man and The Wasp will be brought back in the highly anticipated Marvel series.

"It is an out-there show," Park said. "I'm reprising my role as Jimmy Woo that I played in Ant-Man and the Wasp. I'm going to Atlanta tomorrow to do a table read with some of the cast. I can't say too much, but it is an amazing show and it's very different."

We're not surprised that Park is being secretive about WandaVision. However, he did admit that he was delighted when he was asked to be a part of the series.

"I had a meeting over at Marvel, just a kind of general thing to talk about where I was at and where they're at I was like, 'Yeah, I would love to bring Jimmy Woo back if there was ever the opportunity,'" Park said. "And then like a week later they were like, 'Hey, come back, we want to talk to you about this show.' And I was like, 'Great.'"

It's unclear just how large Park's role will be in WandaVision or how he will be connected to Scarlet Witch in the show. Perhaps he will be assigned to keep an eye on Wanda Maximoff after he did an excellent job watching Scott Lang. For now, we'll be waiting for more updates on the series.

WandaVision is expected to air on Disney+ in December.
