Tom Hiddleston Confirms Loki Pre-Production with Awesome New Photo

The highly anticipated Loki series is finally happening and Tom Hiddleston has just shared an awesome pre-production photo on social media.

Hiddleston posted the image on his official Instagram account. Check it out below.

The picture shows the Avengers: Endgame star along with series director Kate Herron, head writer Michael Hadron, and the writers which include Kevin Wright.

There's not much to see here but it's great to know that Hiddleston is getting involved with bringing Loki's story into the upcoming Disney+ series.

We're certainly excited for the new Marvel Cinematic Universe show considering that it could feature a completely different Loki. After all, the God of Mischief was killed by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War and the Loki that will appear in the series is actually the one who got away with the Tesseract after the Battle of New York. it would be interesting to see if the past Loki will eventually have a change of heart.

So far, Hiddleston is the only MCU star confirmed to appear in the show. He will be joined by Into the Badlands actress Sophia Di Martino, who is rumored to play the female Loki. However, it is important to point out that Di Martino's role has not yet been confirmed so it's best to take this with a grain of salt.

The Loki series has not yet been given an official release date although it is expected to begin production by early next year. The show could then air on Disney+ in Spring 2021.
