Titans Star Wants To Play Jason Todd Opposite Robert Pattinson's Batman

It looks like people are finally getting excited about The Batman now that Robert Pattinson has been confirmed to play the Caped Crusader in the highly anticipated DC Extended Universe flick. But who could possibly play Robin? Titans star Curran Walters has just volunteered to play Jason Todd in the Matt Reeves movie.

Playing Jason Todd isn't a new thing for Walters. After all, he's played the new Robin in the first season of Titans. But what are the chances that he could actually play the character on the big screen? Walters is trying his luck by reaching out to the director on Twitter. Take a look at his tweet below.

"@mattreevesLA hey let's make this easy....I'll play Jason Todd," Walters wrote. Not surprisingly, people are being very supportive of the Titans actor.

It would be interesting to see Walters alongside Pattinson (or should I say, Battinson) in The Batman. However, there is a bigger chance that the Robin that could show up in the film will be Dick Grayson during his younger days. After all, there are speculations that the movie will cover Bruce Wayne's formative years as a crimefighter.

Although it would be great to see Batman and Robin reunite in The Batman, it is important to point out that Warner Bros. has not yet confirmed if the character will actually be a part of the film. Stay tuned for more updates about the new DCEU flick.

The Batman is expected to begin production later this year and is already scheduled for release on June 25, 2021.
