Titans Star Teases Possible Red Hood Spin-Off for Jason Todd

People are undoubtedly relieved that Jason Todd is alive and well in the DC Universe series Titans. But is it possible that Jason could eventually get his own show? Curran Walters has spoken up about a Red Hood spin-off that might focus on an older version of his character.

Walters recently spoke to Comicbook.com about Titans Season 3 but the conversation also covered the possibility of a spin-off series that would introduce Jason as Red Hood. Not surprisingly, Walters is open to the idea if DC Universe intends to go with a show focusing on his character.

"Yeah, I mean, that would be pretty cool," Walters said. "I mean, it all depends on what the team thinks and where the Titans writers decide to go so. It'd be cool if we even got to the storyline on Titans someday. We'll definitely see."

We're already loving the idea of a Red Hood series considering that Walters has done an awesome job playing Jason. On the other hand, there's a possibility that the new show could require an older character to play the comic book hero. For now, it's important to remember that this is still based on speculations. In the meantime, it would be best to take this with a grain of salt.

Walters has appeared in the first two seasons of Titans and is still expected to return in Season 3. However, it is still unclear when the series will resume production due to the coronavirus outbreak lockdowns. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
