We still don't know much about what will happen in The Eternals since the premise of the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe flick is being kept secret. However, Kumail Nanjiani may have given us an idea of what to look forward to. The Stuber star shared some interesting new details about the highly anticipated MCU film.

Nanjiani recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about his new film and he was surprisingly open about dishing on the project.

"It’s really, really an epic.  And it’s really such a science-fiction story. It’s a superhero story, but in some ways, it’s the most sci-fi of all the Marvel movies and it’s the most epic of all the Marvel movies. And the story spans thousands of years. So it’s really not like any of the other Marvel movies," Nanjiani said.

He also confirmed that there could be some flashbacks in The Eternals.

"It really spans thousands and thousands of years. And the story is just so big and so epic. And I don’t mean epic in the internet way, I mean epic in the old-school way…It doesn’t look like any of the other Marvel movies," Nanjiani continued.

This sounds awesome indeed. Hopefully, we'll get more details about The Eternals soon.

The Eternals is directed by Chloe Zhao and will also star Richard Madden as Ikaris, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Kit Harington as Black Knight, Gemma Chan as Sersi, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, and Barry Keoghan as Druig.

The movie is currently in production and is scheduled for release on November 6.
