We're already looking forward to The Boys Season 2 especially now that it has been confirmed that Homelander has a son. So what really happened to the superpowered child? A new fan art teases on a possible crossover with another superhero film.
Digital artist Bosslogic came up with the idea that perhaps Homelander's son has been quite active even before the superhero realized that he had a child. Check it out below (make sure to swipe through for a surprise).
Of course, it's unlikely that Homelander is the real father of Brandon Breyer. Still, it's a hilarious idea that even Brightburn producer James Gunn couldn't resist leaving a comment: "Lol".
In Brightburn, Brandon was actually adopted by the Breyers after his spaceship crashed into their farm. The boy would soon grow up and realize that he has powers. Unfortunately, Brandon decides to use his powers to accomplish his ship's message: "Take the world."
Now we're not saying that there is a possibility that Homelander's son will be as bad as he is. After all, he's been raised by a good mother, who also happens to be Billy Butcher's wife. Nevertheless, we're looking forward to seeing more of the child in The Boys Season 2.
The Brightburn Blu-ray will be available on August 20. The Boys Season 2 is currently in production and is expected to air on Amazon Prime by 2020.
