Suicide Squad: James Gunn Continues Teasing King Shark In New Photo

Admit it, you want to see King Shark in The Suicide Squad. Not surprisingly, James Gunn knows this and that's why he simply won't stop teasing about the DC supervillain being in his upcoming film.

Gunn recently posted a series of photos showing a special arcade created by Microsoft for the cast and crew of Suicide Squad. Interestingly, the arcade is called the "King Sharkade" and it's just as awesome as it sounds. Make sure to swipe through to view all the pictures.

"Many thanks to the lovely folks from @microsoft who set us up with a #KingSharkade for the cast and crew's downtime during pre-production and production on #TheSuicideSquad," Gunn wrote.

This isn't the first time that Gunn teased fans with some surprisingly wholesome King Shark content on social media. The Guardians of the Galaxy director previously shared images of two King Shark-themed cakes that were given to him on his birthday.

But who will play King Shark in The Suicide Squad? That is still a mystery although there were speculations that Gunn had cast frequent collaborator Michael Rooker as Nanaue. Either way, we're certainly looking forward to seeing King Shark soon.

The Suicide Squad is expected to begin filming in September. The film is then scheduled for release on August 6, 2021.
