Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker Final Trailer Will Air During Monday Night Football


Star Wars fans officially have a reason to watch the big game next week. It has been confirmed that the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker final trailer will air during Monday Night Football.

The announcement was made by the official Star Wars Instagram account along with a brief teaser. Check it out below.

There's a good reason why people should look forward to the final trailer. In addition to offering yet another glimpse at what we can look forward to in The Rise of Skywalker, tickets for the film will finally be available after the trailer's premiere. This means you will get the chance to pre-order your tickets almost two months before Episode IX hits theaters.

It is still unclear what people can look forward to in the new Episode IX trailer. However, there have been speculations that fans will finally get a glimpse at Emperor Sheev Palpatine's return as well as an official look at the Knights of Ren. In addition to that, there is a possibility that we'll get to see a bit of the epic final battle between Rey and Kylo Ren. Needless to say, we are already looking forward to Monday Night Football next week.

The Monday Night Football game will be between the New England Patriots and the New York Jets. The game will air on ESPN on Monday, October 21st at 8:15 PM ET. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will hit theaters on December 20.
