Star Wars: The Mandalorian Official Trailer Expected To Debut At D23

The world is still waiting for the first official trailer for the highly anticipated Disney+ series The Mandalorian. Although fans who attended Star Wars Celebration were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the Jon Favreau show, the official teaser has yet to be made available to the public. However, that may change at the D23 Expo this August.

Lucasfilm has already confirmed that The Mandalorian panel at D23 will include a sneak peek at the series that stars Pedro Pascal as a mysterious bounty hunter. The news certainly has fans eager to attend the event so they could watch the footage. However, some believe that the panel will also unveil the official trailer for the show.

The premise of The Mandalorian is still a huge mystery although fans already know that Pascal's character will be working as a mercenary after the events in Return of the Jedi. In addition to that, Favreau has been teasing about certain characters from the original Star Wars trilogy showing up in the show.

It was previously reported that IG-88 might make an appearance in the upcoming series although there is a possibility that it could be a different droid. In addition to that, the clip that was screened during Star Wars Celebration had confirmed that Willrow Hood's "ice cream maker" from The Empire Strikes Back is actually a lockbox called a camtono.

The Mandalorian's D23 panel takes place on August 23 at Hall D23. The series will then premiere on Disney+ on November 12.
