Star Wars Episode IX Concept Art Reveals Kylo Ren's Repaired Helmet, Rey In White

There's a lot of speculation about what will happen in Star Wars: Episode IX, from Rey possibly being a clone to the Resistance actually joining forces with The First Order. But will Kylo Ren actually repair his own helmet and wear it again this year? Concept art from the upcoming Star Wars film might confirm the return of the destroyed headgear.

A collection of concept art and reference photos has been posted on Reddit and it could confirm a lot of things. But first, let's focus on Entry I and J, which shows Kylo wearing his hood as well as the repaired helmet.

Of course, Kylo's helmet isn't the only thing that has people talking in the collection. For instance, a reference photo reveals that Richard E. Grant will be playing a First Order officer in Episode IX while Dominic Monaghan is shown as a Resistance officer. Interestingly, we also get a glimpse at Rey wearing a new white outfit and Poe Dameron in his Adventure Poe look. There are several new aliens and even a new droid that is expected to annoy BB-8.

One of the reference photos features Lando Calrissian as well. Interestingly, Billy Dee Williams is shown wearing a yellow shirt similar to the one worn by Donald Glover in Solo: A Star Wars Story. This entry is certainly connected to the previous report stating that Lando will only have a small role in Episode IX.

We have yet to see the first trailer for Star Wars: Episode IX. Nevertheless, this is something to look forward to since it could also reveal the film's official title. The movie is scheduled for release on December 20.
