Star Wars Concept Art Reveals The Mandalorian's Paz Vizla Jet Pack Design

There is little doubt that the first season of The Mandalorian introduced several truly memorable characters but none had a greater impact than Paz Vizla. The minor character, who only appeared briefly in one episode, spawned several memes as well as some cool toys featuring his massive blaster. Now, we can get a better look at Paz using his jet pack in some truly awesome Star Wars concept art.

The concept art was shared by artist Brian Matyas on his Twitter account. Check it out below.

"I did quite a few paintings and designs for Paz Vizla for the Mandalorian. This one was featured in #disneygallerythemandalorian showcasing him using his jetpack!" Matyas wrote.

It's interesting to note that although the character barely had any lines in The Mandalorian, the details about Paz were considered greatly. Needless to say, fans are hoping that they haven't seen the last of the Thicc Mandalorian and that he could return in The Mandalorian Season 2.

Paz was voiced by The Mandalorian creator Jon Favreau and was portrayed by stunt performer Tait Fletcher. The character clashed with Din Djarin in the episode Chapter Three: The Sin when the latter brought his Beskar steel to the Armorer. However, Paz and his companions later jumped in to help Djarin escape the bounty hunters. He also says one of the most memorable lines in the show, "This is the way."

It is still unclear if Paz will return in The Mandalorian Season 2 but we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll see him again this October.
