We already know that Billy Dee Williams will be returning as Lando Calrissian in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Nevertheless, it looks like he still loves looking back at the fun times when he was filming the original trilogy with the cast of The Empire Strikes Back. Williams has shared an awesome new photo featuring the original Star Wars cast.
Williams shared the picture on his official Twitter account and it shows him having fun with Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and the late Carrie Fisher. Check it out below.
The photo was actually taken by famed photographer Annie Liebovitz for Rolling Stone magazine back in 1980 when Star Wars was still a new thing. It's an amazing look at what Williams calls "the formidable FOUR" and an image worthy of nostalgia.
It has been a long time since Williams played Lando but there is little doubt that he is ready to get back into the action. We can't wait to see his return in The Rise of Skywalker.
