Star Trek: Discovery Season 3, Episode 2 Teases Georgiou and Saru's Return

There is little doubt that people are currently looking forward to the second episode of Star Trek: Discovery Season 3. But what can we expect in Far From Home? The first images from Episode 2 confirm we'll be reunited with Georgiou, Saru, and the rest of the crew of Discovery.

The images from Star Trek: Discovery Season 3, Episode 2 were revealed by CBS and it confirms that Far From Home will focus on the Discovery crew as they possibly find their way into the future. In addition to that, we get an awesome glimpse at Michelle Yeoh and Doug Jones seemingly arguing about their situation. Check it out below.

 

 

The upcoming episode will also introduce a new character named Zareh who will be played by Jake Lloyd. We don't know much about this guy but it looks like the crew isn't exactly pleased with him.

The synopsis for Star Trek: Discovery Season 3, Episode 2 reads as follows:

"After the U.S.S. Discovery crash-lands on a strange planet, the crew finds themselves racing against time to repair their ship. Meanwhile, Saru and Tilly embark on a perilous first-contact mission in hopes of finding Burnham."

The episode is written by Michelle Paradise, Jenny Lumet, and Alex Kurtzman. It is directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi.

Star Trek: Discovery Season 3, Episode 2 is titled Far From Home. It will premiere on CBS All Access on October 22.
