There is little doubt that people are currently hyped up for Spider-Man 3 after all those speculations about who will appear in the highly anticipated sequel. But when exactly are we getting the first footage from the Tom Holland film? A Sony executive has just confirmed fans will get a teaser from the third Spider-Man movie before the end of the year.

Camila Pacheco, the Executive Marketing Director of Sony Pictures Entertainment in Brazil, recently took part in the virtual ExpoCine/20 where she offered an update on Spider-Man 3 (via Murphy's Multiverse). Interestingly, Pacheco stated that the studio will release either a preview or teaser for the third Spider-Man movie in December.

This is exciting news that coincides with the news that Spider-Man 3 has now started production. There is a possibility that there will be enough footage filmed in the next two months to come up with a decent preview. Needless to say, it's a hopeful start for Marvel and Sony's most wildly awaited movie.

But what can we expect in the first teaser from Spider-Man 3? It may be too soon to speculate but there is a possibility that the preview will tease at what happened to Peter Parker immediately after the events in the Spider-Man: Far From Home post-credits scene where his identity was made public. Others believe that we'll get a glimpse at the villains who will torment Peter in the movie.

The still-untitled Spider-Man 3 is currently in production and is expected to complete filming by February next year. The sequel is scheduled for release on December 17, 2021.
