Richard Madden Says The Eternals Will Continue Announcing More Major Actors

There is little doubt that Marvel's The Eternals already boasts of an all-star cast that includes Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek. However, Richard Madden has just revealed that there are more major stars that are joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick although their names have not yet been announced.

Madden recently spoke to GQ Britain about being cast in the MCU film. Interestingly, the former Game of Thrones star admitted that he still gets starstruck whenever he is around his A-list castmates.

"I always get starstruck, yeah," Madden confessed. "And there's some more actors yet to be announced in that lineup which is gonna be crazy."

It certainly looks like Marvel Studios has no plans of slowing down on the stellar casting. So far, the actors confirmed for the film are Madden, Jolie, Hayek, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Gemma Chan, and Barry Keoghan. It was also announced at D23 Expo 2019 that Madden will be working with former Game of Thrones co-star Kit Harington, who will portray Dane Whitman aka Black Knight.

We're still not sure who else has been cast in The Eternals. There is a huge possibility that more Deviants like Druig will be included in the movie so that could be one of the major announcements soon. In the meantime, we're certainly looking forward to more awesome updates in the near future.

The Eternals will be directed by Chloe Zhao while the screenplay is being written by Matthew K. Firpo and Ryan Firpo. The film is scheduled for release on November 6, 2020.
