New The Witcher Character Posters Focus on Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri

We're just a couple of weeks away from the premiere of The Witcher and now we have new character photos featuring Geralt of Rivia, Yennefer of Vengerberg, and Princess Ciri.

Henry Cavill shared the poster of his character on his official Instagram account. Check it out below.

We're loving how each major character got their own special poster along with important taglines. While Geralt was "created by fear," Yennefer is aptly "created by power." Ciri's importance is hinted as she is "created by prophecy." We won't spoil anything but these are the three people that you need to watch out for in the series.

Netflix has also unleashed an awesome clip from the series showing Geralt taking on several opponents. It's an amazing glimpse at the White Wolf's true skills that are sure to be important in the show. Needless to say, we can't wait to see Cavill in action in The Witcher later this year.

The premise of The Witcher reads as follows:

"The Witcher follows the story of Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, who struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. But when destiny hurtles him toward a powerful sorceress, and a young princess with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent together."

The Witcher will premiere on Netflix on December 20.
