Mike Colter Teases Luke Cage's Return In Jessica Jones Season 3

Luke Cage isn't getting a second season for his Netflix show but that doesn't necessarily mean we've seen the last of Powerman. Mike Colter has just teased on the possibility that he will appear in Jessica Jones Season 3.

The third season of Jessica Jones is currently underway as Krysten Ritter continues sharing photos of her co-stars on her Instagram account. Her latest post features Carrie-Ann Moss, but that's not what's getting people hyped. Colter actually left a comment on the photo that has fans excited for Luke Cage's return.

"Wow, so familiar. I felt like I was there!" Colter wrote. Moss also commented on the post, "Omg I love you so."

Moss might actually be responding to Ritter's post instead of Colter's comment. Nevertheless, fans are hoping that Colter's comment was an indication that he would have an appearance in Jessica Jones Season 3. We'll have to wait for an official announcement or a trailer before this could be confirmed.

So far, it looks like the third season of Jessica Jones will be the last Marvel show on Netflix. The Punisher Season 2 has already wrapped and is expected to air in early 2019. This could be followed by Jessica Jones Season 3, which will feature Ritter's directorial debut.

Fans were recently devastated when Netflix and Marvel decided to cancel Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and Daredevil. It is still unclear if Jessica Jones and The Punisher will suffer the same fate after the next season of both shows air next year.
